The Role
As the Social Media Manager, you will be the driving force behind Dominos' social media presence, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that reflects our brand values and engages our audience. Your goal will be to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and ultimately, boost sales through social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging, high-quality content that reflects the brand voice and encourages interaction from our audience.
- Design and oversee social media advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategy and report on key insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure a consistent brand message across all platforms.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to leverage for innovative approaches.
- Manage social media accounts and schedules, ensuring content is relevant and timely.
- Develop strategies to increase followers and improve overall user engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a social media manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform strategies and measure success.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
